We’re extra knowledgeable. Most of our moving consultants are former lead movers – promoted, trained to gain additional office customer service experience, regeared to be moving consultants. This allows them not only to help you get an estimate but answer any of your questions and provide helpful suggestions based on the past firsthand field experience.
We’ll always hear you out, think of obstacles we can avoid based on your building’s schedule, parking issues, location, complexity of moving a fragile item or anything else that comes to mind. Discuss it with you to allow you to be prepared and know exactly what to expect. Listen to specific instructions and make sure that they are shared with the team on the truck as well so that we’re all on the same page.
We’re insured. No matter how complex your building’s insurance requirements are, we’ve got high coverage limits to cover your building and deal with the most complicated insurance requirements. We carry General Liability insurance for your building. Worker’s Comp to protect our workers. Commercial auto liability to protect the outside of the residence, and Excess Liability (equivalent to Umbrella) that covers all of the above.

We’re prepared for the unexpected. We come with properly equipped moving trucks and extra supplies (just in case). We invest in our equipment and materials to safeguard your belongings and allow for an expeditious and safe relocation.
